Please be advised that the Covid vaccine is not available for everyone at this time. Please see website for Covid Immunization plan. http://www.bccdc.ca/health-info/diseases-conditions/covid-19/covid-19-vaccine/bcs-plan-for-vaccine-distribution
It is expected that all British Columbians will be vaccinated in 2021, but first we must protect those most at risk. The first phase of vaccinations will be given to frontline health care providers working in long-term care, and in high-risk hospital settings. Other priority groups will receive the vaccine in the coming weeks and months. This message will be updated as more information becomes available. During this time, please continue to do all you can to prevent spread of the virus, and to keep you and your loved ones safe. This means wearing a mask when you’re out, limiting your contacts to those living in your household – especially over the holidays – and washing your hands frequently. This will be important for some time to come. Thank you for your patience and please stay safe.
Covid-19 Update January 29, 2021
Please note that at this time we are mainly booking PHONE CONSULT appointments in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We urge each of our patients, along with all British Columbians, to strictly observe the Physical Distancing measures as advised by the Public Health authorities. The health and safety of our patients, as well as our own, depends upon your avoiding close contact with persons outside your home. Furthermore, if you are experiencing fever, new cough, difficulty breathing, or any other respiratory symptoms, or if you have traveled out of the country or have been in contact with someone who may have COVID-19 please observe strict Self Isolation measures for two weeks.
We encourage you to learn more about COVID-19. We are all in this together, and by all following up-to-date advice we can make it through this challenging time.
*Please note that our practitioners may need to call from their personal cell phone, in which case they may choose to block their phone number. Please check your phone settings to allow incoming calls from blocked numbers if you are expecting a call from one of our practitioners.
